Ready, Steady, Go! is a new Parkinson's Disease support group held in Kingston at the Mental Health Association in Ulster County. Join others who are diagnosed with PD, and learn to cope with its challenges in a fun, supportive , peer-led group which focuses on stress management through mindfulness, gentle movement, music and humor.
