“Midtown Mechanics” is a bike repair class offering youth from 14 to 24 the opportunity to learn bike mechanics and earn their own bicycle. There is no cost to this program.

 

During the 8 sessions, led by a professional mechanic, students will completely strip and re-build the bicycles they will get to keep. Participants must attend all classes and dinner will be provided. Classes held at the YMCA, 507 Broadway, Kingston.
