MHA: The Mental Health Association in Ulster County, Inc. Presents: Men’s Anger Management

A FREE 11-Week Skill-Building Workshop

Workshop Goals:

Learn effective coping and calming strategies
Explore anger as an emotion
Uncover the causes of your feelings of anger
Regain control of your emotions

Workshop Participants:

MHA’s Anger Management Workshops are designed to help adults in the community enhance their coping skills and to satisfy a variety of court mandates.

**It is NOT an appropriate group for cases of domestic violence or for violent offenders. For these more intensive anger management services, please seek individual support through a mental health professional, or contact the EVOLVE Program, offered by Family of Woodstock at (845) 331-7080.
