Calming the Stress Response: Learn to identify where stress is held in your body. Experience breathwork, meditation and subtle movement activities that you can do at home to ease out of the stress response. Dana Davison, RSMT/E, is a Dynamic Embodiment Practitioner (DEP) and Moving for Life Certified Instructor (MFLCI). She is a board member of the International Somatic Movement Educators & Therapists Association (ISMETA), a contributor to the Body-Mind Centering® Association journal Currents and conference presenter, specializing in breathwork (this group is supported by funds from the State of New York)
