The Kingston PAL Boxing Club offers FREE boxing lessons to youth and adults in Ulster County. They provide lessons and teach everything from someone coming into boxing for the first time to Cardio classes, as well as competition boxing. The Boxing Club serves ages 10 through 90 and can design a program to meet your needs. Kingston PAL is USA Boxing certified club and they are the longest running certified club in the area.
