Yoga classes here at Hidden Haven are perfect for real people with real bodies looking to enjoy the benefits of yoga. (No need to be a gymnast or contortionist here!) There are classes available for all levels and focus on breath, body alignment and both the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga. Smaller class sizes here at Hidden Haven allow for more personal attention and for safe and gentle hands-on adjustments. You will come away feeling the class was custom designed for you.
