Cornell University Cooperative Extension of Ulster County Nutrition Program

The CCEUC Nutrition Program provides free nutrition classes to low income residents of Ulster County through the EFNEP (Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Education Program) and EAT SMART NEW YORK Programs. Classes are provided for groups and individuals in private homes, senior housing, group homes, therapeutic community facilities, day care programs,hospitals, community centers, food pantry sites, the Cornell Extension, and numerous other places. The nutrition curriculum includes information on meal planning, food safety, food resource management, budgeting, and the latest nutrition information from Cornell University.
