CDPHP Smoke-Free offers members access to eight telephonic counseling sessions per year with a specialized quit coach, plus up to 16 weeks of nicotine replacement therapy, such as nicotine patches, lozenges, or gum. A combination of medication and one-on-one counseling is proven to increase participants’ chances of successfully quitting. CDPHP Smoke-Free is currently available to commercial and Medicaid members.
