The Mental Health Association in Ulster County is presenting a free 5-week skill-building workshop focusing on Women’s Anger and Trauma Management. This professionally led group offers mindfulness based techniques for coping with anger and its root causes.

The group provides participants with a space to process experiences and to practice a range of calming strategies to regain control of your emotions.

Meeting every Tuesday and Thursday  from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Mental Health Association in Ulster County on 300 Aaron Ct, Kingston, NY 12401 from August 1st to August 31st of 2017. For details and registration please call (845) 339-9090 Ext. 2202.

*Please note, this is NOT an appropriate group for cases of domestic violence or for very violent offenders. For these more intensive anger management services, please seek individual support through a mental health professional, or contact the EVOLVE Program, offered by Family of Woodstock at (845) 331-7080.
