Senior Lunch and Learn: Medication Reconciliation 101

The Ulster County Office for the Aging and the Institute for Family Health are presenting a Senior Lunch and Learn concerning the unique effects of medication and how medications can interact with each other.
Dr. Tiffany Pica, Dr. Sharona Avgush, and Dr. Nosheen Nazakat from the Institute for Family Health will be in attendence for individual medication reviews, so bring your medications and dosage list for a private one-on-one review of your meds.
The Lunch and Learn will be taking place on Thursday, July 27th, 12:00 PM at the Business Resource Center at 1 Development Court in Kingston, NY.
