The Mental Health Association in Ulster County offers a range of free, confidential & ongoing support groups that are open to the adult public throughout summer 2017!
Join other women to practice mindfulness and a variety of breathing, stretching, and relaxation techniques at the Women's Yoga Class, which meets at the Clifford Beers Center on 300 Aaron Court, Kingston, NY on Wednesdays from 1:00PM to 2:00PM in the Library.
