The Mental Health Association in Ulster County offers a range of free, confidential & ongoing support groups that are open to the adult public throughout summer 2017!
Seek stress relief and relaxation with other men and women at the Coed Yoga Group, which meets at the Clifford Beers Center on 300 Aaron Court, Kingston, NY on Mondays from 1:00PM to 2:00PM in the Library. No experience is necessary and yoga mats are available to borrow.
