A FREE 10-Week Skill-Building Workshop

Workshop Goals:

•  Learn effective coping and calming strategies
• Explore anger as an emotion
• Uncover the causes of your feelings of anger
• Regain control of your emotions

Workshop Participants:

MHA’s Anger Management Workshops are designed to help adults in the

community enhance their coping skills, and to satisfy a variety of court mandates.

It is NOT an appropriate group for cases of domestic violence or for very

violent offenders. For these more intensive anger management services, please

seek individual support through a mental health professional, or contact the
